ABOUT REDEEMER:
Redeemer30a Church is a vibrant and gospel-driven community in the heart of South Walton, FL. We are a church that seeks to glorify God, treasure Jesus Christ, and make disciples of all peoples. Therefore, it is our heart as a body to clearly declare and sacrificially display the gospel of Jesus in all areas of ministry and life.
R30a is in an exciting season with already a large number of children (75+ each week) and still growing! And with an additional 2 support staff in place (p/t), and an interim director in the meantime, all that’s needed is the right person to come in and lead our kids, staff, volunteers and parents toward deeper impact in the gospel.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
We are seeking a Children’s Ministry Director to oversee the effective planning, implementation and execution of our ministry/discipleship efforts to children from birth through 5th grade.
PRINCIPLE RESPONSIBILITIES:
Oversee Sunday morning Kids ministries
Oversee Children Ministry Volunteer Teams & Kids Ministry Staff
Partner with and resource Parents to aid their disciple-making in the home
