Though it may be easier for Christians to transform culture or even withdraw from it, what does it look like to engage culture, and do it well? Hundreds of church pastors, lay leaders, and staff joined together at Engage 2017 to dive into the topic of engaging the culture – a conversation relevant for all believers. Engage featured 25 speakers and 20 workshops, and was held May 1-3, 2017 in Reno, ‘The Biggest Little City in the World.’

Rachelle Starr shared how the Gospel has penetrated the hearts of sex industry workers through Scarlet Hope, a ministry she founded and challenged pastors and leaders to think about how they could get involved in bringing light to dark places such as this.
