Hundreds of church pastors, lay leaders, and staff joined together at Engage 2017 to dive into the topic of engaging the culture – a conversation relevant for all believers. Engage featured 25 speakers and 20 workshops, and was held May 1-3, 2017 in Reno, ‘The Biggest Little City in the World.’
It’s easy for full-time ministry work such as preaching, church planting or overseas missions to feel like the highest calling a Christian could have. Brian Howard challenged those in “secular” vocations to see their work as just as holy, and the place where the Lord may use them to impact the Kingdom, perhaps even more than He would in full-time Christian ministry.
