81.7 million people who don’t know Jesus by 2050

That’s what’s predicted for the south-eastern region of the United States. 1,400 churches will need to be planted every year for the next 40 years to reach this increasing population.

Our vision is to plant 200 churches by 2020 – churches that declare & demonstrate the gospel in their communities.

The Acts 29 US Southeast network wants to be part of making this happen. Their vision is to plant 200 churches by 2020 – churches that both declare and demonstrate the gospel in their communities. It’s a challenging vision. The region is a diverse mix of rural, suburban and metropolitan areas, each with its own unique opportunities.

Like every Acts 29 network, the US Southeast network exists to assess, coach, train and support church planters and church-planting churches. It’s looking for partners who want to be part of this movement of God’s Spirit.

Over the coming weeks, we’ll feature four of its church planters with stories from Georgia, Mississippi, Tennessee and North Carolina.
